This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on SaiviRewards. By purchasing digital gift coupons through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All products sold on SaiviRewards are digital gift coupons. Once issued, they are non-returnable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, except in specific situations described below.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed and the gift coupon has been issued.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by contacting support@saivirewards.com with order and payment details.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing times.
SaiviRewards reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
